All Components manufactured from Aluminium alloy which is also manufactured In-house and then gravity die casted in metal moulds using hydraulic machines. Extruded components cut to size and finished All models comprise of strong pretensioned Lateral Arms extruded out of aluminium alloy   .   Arms with Twin/single cables, tensioned Springs made from high grade of  spring steel wire . Middle hinge and upper arm attachment sleeve bushings are self-lubricating to provide smooth noise-free operation and wear reduction. The arms  have a tilting capability of 0 degrees to 45 degrees depending on the projection of the awning. All parts & Profiles shall go through a  chemical treatment process for degreasing and chromatization  and then powder coated in façade quality for a durable and fine finish for the Lunar Model & Silver anodised in a smooth satin finish in the Meteor Model . The Gear mechanism is housed in an aluminium casing consisting of hardened and tempered gears and worm , ball bearings and a Thrust bearing. The hook provided below the gear box shall be covered with hardened Engineering grade plastic to avoid wear and tear with the cranking mechanism. All bolts covered with Plastic moulded caps . Side plates also covered with Plastic moulded caps for a compact and secure finish. All Motorised units use Somfy® Tubular heavy duty motors . Available with Switch operation , Wire less Remote Control operation & optional manual over-ride option . RTS ( Wireless ) , Wind & Sun Control is recommended to protect damage to awning during high wind velocities and automatic control of awnings during periods of sunshine . Wide Range of Fabric options from Dickson® France fabrics warranted for 10 years* recommended by Skin Cancer Foundation , Oekotex Certified . Also available Vinyl coated mesh fabrics available
